Below is an overview of the meeting packages we can provide for your meeting, seminar or congress. With a meeting package, you are already provided with a complete package for your meeting. You can choose from packages with or without lunch and/or dinner. A multi-day meeting package is also possible. Please contact us for more information.

Customised meeting packages

Currently, Van der Valk Hotel Volendam is renovating, so it is not possible to rent a meeting room with us until October 2025. We are building 10 new meeting rooms suitable for 4 - 300 people.

Meeting package A

Meeting package A for a meeting of 2 or 4 hours. This package includes:

  • Unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks from our break-out area

  • Water

  • Various sweet treats and fruit

  • Notepads, pens and meeting mints

  • Office kit with conference equipment

  • Beamer and projection screen

  • Flipover

  • Free WIFI

  • Free parking

Price per 2-hour package € 12.50 (excluding room hire)
Price per 4-hour package € 17.50 (excluding room hire)

Meeting package B

Meeting package B for an 8-hour meeting with lunch or dinner. This package includes:

  • Unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks from our break-out area

  • Water 

  • Various sweet treats and fruit

  • Snack in the afternoon

  • Notepads, pens and meeting mints

  • Office kit with conference equipment

  • Beamer and projection screen

  • Flipover

  • Free WIFI

  • Free parking

Price per 8-hour package with lunch buffet in the restaurant * € 39.50 (excluding room hire).
Price per 8-hour arrangement with three-course menu d'Ambiance and three drinks € 55.00 (excluding room hire).

* When there are less than 10 people, no lunch buffet will be served but a choice can be made of our à la carte lunch menu.

Meeting package C

Meeting package C for a meeting with lunch and dinner. This package includes:

  • Unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks from our break-out area

  • Water

  • Various sweet treats and fruit

  • Snack of your choice

  • Lunch buffet in the restaurant*

  • Three course menu d'Ambiance, an aperitif and two drinks

  • Notepads, pens and meeting mints

  • Office kit with conference equipment

  • Beamer and projection screen

  • Flipover

  • Free WIFI

  • Free parking

Price p.p. 12-hour package € 69.50 (excluding room hire)

*When there are less than 10 people, no lunch buffet will be served but a choice can be made of our à la carte lunch menu.
